Please be aware that as we are a start up business, all of our bags are handmade to order. Please bear this in mind if we do not have the stock readily available as this may impact delivery times.

Standard 2-4 days £6.50 First Class Tracked and signed for to the UK mainland postcodes only (excluding PO Box addresses)

Free Shipping First Class Tracked and signed for to the UK mainland postcodes only (excluding PO Box addresses) on orders over £100.00 

Europe, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, 

Isle of Man, Ireland

3-5 days £12 First Class Tracked Postage.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your bags, we would be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are unused or undamaged. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

On receipt of returned goods, we will give you a refund for the amount paid for the goods (assuming they are in original condition). Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

Please note that postage or other refund costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be only reimbursed by us if the product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

To improve our service, please let us know the reason for returning any goods.
